The Scooby Snacks is a recreation of Death & Co. Denver's Mystery Solver cocktail. Inspired by the classic combination of peanut butter and jelly, this Old Fashioned riff utilizes some special techniques to achieve an extraordinary delicious profile. Cocktail by @anushu802.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tsp
- 1 ¼ oz rye whiskey, peanut butter infused
- ¾ oz bourbon, brown butter washed
- 2 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a glass over large ice
